Every year, your lease is renewed, but we lock the renewal rate and the potential purchase cost for a period of 3-5 years (depending on your location), providing ample time for consideration. With Propello, you have the opportunity to buy the property after the second year, yet there's no requirement to do so.

Apply Online

Select from our collection of homes that are ready for immediate occupancy and submit your application. It's quick, convenient, and it will not affect your credit rating.

Move In

After you've finalized your lease agreement, prepare your belongings and anticipate your moving day - your residence awaits you!

Get Mortgage-Ready

Take advantage of this time to enhance your credit rating, establish a record of income, and prepare for a mortgage. We'll be there to assist you throughout the entire process.

Buy When Ready

When you're prepared, you have the option to buy the home at the previously agreed-upon price after the second year. If you opt not to purchase, you can still rent, transition to another Propello home, or explore other options. There are no obligations.
